Join us in Cardiff for a packed agenda of content featuring eBay experts, local entrepreneurs and special guests.

We’re always looking for new ways to show our support for your eBay business. Last year, we hit the road and toured across different cities in the UK with our brand-new eBay Business Roadshow. Our final stop is Cardiff!

Expect a whole host of content dedicated to helping you start, scale and share your business, as well as practical tips on launching, inspiration from local entrepreneurs, special guests and dedicated 1:1 support. You can also enjoy our free bar, giveaways and access to specialist eBay service providers.

Seller Support Programs at eBay

Hear directly from a panel of eBay sellers on what their journeys have been like so far, what support programs they have made the most of, and any tips they have for businesses in the room. Afterwards, there will be dedicated sessions about eBay's seller support programs run by senior experts from across eBay - on everything from eBay Fulfilment, to the Global Shipping Program, to Promoted Listings, and Working Capital. You will also learn about eBay's Start-up Scale-up program, a 12-week program that pairs new businesses with Marketplace Advisors for free.

Sustainability Basics for Small Businesses

Ciaran Armstrong from Sustainable Pathways will give a rapid course on all things sustainability. Based on the highly sought-after Sustainability Basics course delivered by Small Business Britain and Oxford Brookes Business School, this is a not to be missed masterclass in all things "responsible business".

Building The Right Foundations on eBay

Hear from the Director of SMBs, Sarah Bryant, on the must-have foundations of your eBay store. She'll cover everything from what makes the perfect listing, to how to stand out when buyers search for your products, to how to use Terapeak to do product research, and how to use all the tools at your disposal in Seller Hub.
