We’d like to think eBay has always been there for its business sellers, so for the first time ever we’re hitting the road and touring across 12 different cities in the UK with our brand new eBay Business Roadshow. Next up, Salford!

Across two half days – Thursday afternoon and Friday morning - there will be a whole host of content dedicated to helping you kick-start your new business with eBay. For those who’ve already started, let us help you scale up your business with practical tips and dedicated sessions from our eBay experts. In addition, expect inspiration from local entrepreneurs and special guests, dedicated 1:1 support as well as networking opportunities with other business sellers in your community.

Following on from the Small Business Britain report, How To Recover, based on insight from thousands of small businesses, Michelle shares tips and tricks that you can take away and apply straight away to supercharge your business recovery.

Sustainability Basics for Small Business

Ciaran Armstrong from Sustainable Pathways will give you a rapid course in everything you need to start your business on its sustainability journey, or super charge your path there. Based on the highly sought after Sustainability Basics course delivered by Small Business Britain and Oxford Brookes Business School, this is a not to be missed masterclass in all things "responsible business".

Starting and scaling on eBay

Hear from experts in the business first-hand about top tips and guidance on how to grow your eBay business. There will be two sessions – one dedicated to help you land the perfect launch on eBay and one tailored to those who are looking to scale their eBay operations and sales even further.

People Campaign: How to hire, retain and champion flexible working

Expert speakers from your local Chamber of Commerce talk about how firms can recruit from a wider talent pool and retain workers who might otherwise leave the business, and how you can establish your own flexible working policies.
