Tips for getting the most out of your day:

1

Additional support:

Let us know in advance if you've got any special requirements, such as dietary, access, or religious. Contact us on ebayopenuk@ebay.com.

2

Time Away settings:

The day before eBay Open, switch on Time Away settings. You can customise your settings to either allow item sales with an extended estimated delivery date or pause sales while you're away.

3

What to wear:

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We recommend you wear layers as you'll be moving between large conference spaces and smaller breakout rooms, so the temperature's likely to change.

4

Be bold:

There will be natural networkers and people stepping out of their comfort zones during the networking breaks. Many sellers make new friends and contacts at eBay events. So don't be afraid to say “hello” and introduce yourself.

5

Get inspired:

Make a note in the notebook that'll be provided at the start of the day every time you get an idea that you can apply to your business.

6

Reach out:

Speak to eBay staff and event sponsors. They're all there to help you get the most out of the day.
